First Women’s National Team set to storm Taipei

Ice hockey is a relatively new sport in Malaysia. It is fueled by passionate people, and their perseverance often leads to magic created on ice. This year, Malaysia will once again spread its wings and make a mark on the international stage.

Nineteen female national players are given the privilege to carry the Jalur Gemilang when they compete in their first international tournament at the 2016 IIHF Women’s Challenge Cup of Asia, Division 1 in Chinese Taipei. The games will take place from March 22-26 at the Taipei Ice Arena.
